Is therapy for me?
If you are considering utilizing psychotherapy or simply have questions about whether or not it might be of use to you or someone you know, I invite you to contact me for a brief conference to address your questions.
Should we find that psychotherapy would be of some benefit, we can schedule an appointment at that time.
Should you require treatment that I believe would be better addressed by another mental health professional or by another method entirely, I will attempt to provide a referral at that time.

If we have scheduled an appointment, please print out the informed consent and the client information forms, review, and bring them with you to our initial appointment. Please make note of any questions or concerns so we may address them during our first session.
